I purchase this for my daughter who is currently suffering from chronic anxiety. We have found since using this she has become a lot better and cutting those fearful panic attacks off at the pass. ➊ Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds into the belly.
➋ Exhale through the Hā tool to elongate the breath for 8-10 seconds.
➌ Focus on the breath.
➍ Repeat process at least 4 times or until calm.
