I bought the Ha tool classic necklace as I suffer with anxiety when travelling and even though I have been dealing with this since a teenager and I’m now 52 I’m always open to new things that will help. For one it’s very stylish nobody would know what it is for other than looking like a necklace which I loved and found it very easy to use discrete and definitely helped with my anxious feelings and settled me back to as normal as I can be lol… I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who has panic attacks and anxiety it really is a tool worth having.

Great tool

Took some time for me to get used too. I struggled with meditative breathing as a method of grounding and found this helped. It's a good weight. Made well and comfortable to wear. You can get your hair stuck in the chain. But it's happened once since I've had it and I wear it daily. It does help with my asthma too
