Julia blends lived experience with formal study to create safe, practical, and culturally grounded workshops that help kaimahi feel calmer, more regulated, and more connected.

She brings:

  • Lived experience of anxiety, social anxiety, addiction, eating disorders & trauma recovery

  • BSocSci in Psychology & HR

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Breathwork training (Max Strom – Italy, Sacred Breath Academy – Thailand)

  • 16+ years in personal development

  • Deep empathy, cultural safety, and non-judgement

Turning emotional regulation into simple tools people can use immediately.


THE SIGNATURE WORKSHOP

Breathing Through Stress: The Hā Approach to Wellbeing

2.5 hours • Up to 20 participants

$1800 + GST
(Hā Tools optional)

Give your team a practical, culturally grounded toolkit for navigating stress and regulating emotions in everyday work.

Your Team Will Learn To:

  • Understand stress & the nervous system

  • Use breathwork for calm, focus & clarity

  • Apply simple emotional regulation tools

  • Shift from reactive to responsive behaviour

  • Reduce overwhelm during high-pressure moments

  • Integrate Māori perspectives of balance (Tū → Rongo)

  • Build micro-habits for long-term wellbeing

Optional Add-On: Hā Tools

$120 + GST per participant (10–20 people)
Includes:

  • Hā Tool (breathing trainer for regulation)

  • Navigating Stress & Anxiety E-book

  • Guided naming, intention & practice
