💨 What to Expect

This kaupapa is designed to help you reset — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — using breath, wairua, and connection.

This experience unfolds over six weeks, starting with a powerful one-day retreat to set the foundation for lasting change. It’s a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you’ll be supported, pampered, and surrounded by other amazing humans on a similar journey.

We’ll be gathering at local cafés to enjoy delicious kai — with mid-morning tea provided during the midway encouragement hui for connection and motivation, and a celebratory lunch to honour your progress at the final event.

During the 1-day retreat, you’ll experience:

  • Whakawhanaungatanga at Kaiate Falls (weather dependent)

  • Breathwork + nervous system regulation to release stress and cravings

  • Nutritious kai + mineral spa soak to relax and nourish

  • A guided overview of the 6-week challenge and what to expect

  • A free Hā Tool to support you throughout the journey

You’ll leave with a plan, support systems, and tools to begin your transformation.

By signing up, you agree to:

✅ Attend the full 1-day retreat and both support events
✅ Complete a simple pre-survey and post-survey
✅ Read the Road Map to Habit Change PDF before the retreat
✅ Participate in weekly check-ins and use the resources provided
✅ Try your best for 6 weeks — even if you slip up

These 6 weeks are not the end — they are a starting point. We encourage you to repeat this process again and again, fine-tuning your habits a little at a time, in a way that feels sustainable and true to your lifestyle.

You’ll be guided to see your patterns clearly, build resilience, and practise showing up for yourself, even after a fall. And when you need rest, you’ll rest. This is a beautiful process to carry with you for life — one that evolves as you grow.
