At Hā Habit, we believe real change starts with one breath — and continues through connection, calm, and consistency. Our retreats are designed to help teams and leaders reset, reconnect, and rewire their relationship with stress, using both mātauranga Māori and modern science.

Too often, our people are stuck in survival. Overwhelmed, disconnected, and holding stress in their bodies with no roadmap for how to release it. Hā Habit Retreats were created to change that.
We work with organisations, Māori leaders, social services, and schools to bring culturally grounded, neuroscience-informed well-being into the spaces that need it most. These retreats create a safe space to slow down, reconnect to what matters, and start again — with tools that actually work.

🔁 6-Week Integration & Accountability
The retreat is just the beginning. For 6 weeks after the experience, participants receive structured support to help embed what they’ve learned into everyday life. This includes weekly motivation emails, habit tracking tools, personal reflection prompts, and the option of an accountability partner for peer support. Our aim is to keep the momentum going — even when life gets busy.
To close the experience, we offer a Final Celebration & Reflection Session, where participants come together (in person or online) to acknowledge progress, share insights, and re-ground in their goals. It’s a powerful moment of completion — and a reminder that every small step counts.
