Don't forget this please!
I want to remind you that you are making a difference, and that your actions and contributions are valuable and appreciated. But sometimes, it can be easy to lose sight of the impact we're making in our daily lives.
As you go about your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, take a moment to recognise the role you play in improving the lives of those around you. Whether it's through your work, your interactions with friends and family, or your involvement in your community, you are making a difference.
PAUSE. Take a breather.
Hā ki roto, Hā ki waho
And repeat: I make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Your kindness, your willingness to lend a hand, and your positive attitude all have the power to uplift others and improve their lives. By recognising your role in making a difference, you can empower yourself to continue making a positive impact.
Every small act of kindness, every word of encouragement, and every bit of support you give can make a big difference in the lives of others.
So, I encourage you to regularly take a step back and appreciate the difference you're making. Appreciating ourselves also allows us to set a positive example for others to follow, encouraging them to also appreciate and value themselves.
It's a small step, but it will empower you to keep making a difference.
Thank you for all that you do, and keep up the good work!
