Transformational Hā is a guided breathwork journey designed to help you reconnect to your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken your wairua.
Through conscious connected breathing, surrounded by the sounds of Māori and contemporary music, you’ll be held in a safe and nurturing space to release, reset, and rise into your true self.
